PayPal: The Recommended Method
PayPal is recommended because it offers buyer protection. If something goes wrong, you can file a dispute. Use PayPal Goods and Services, not Friends and Family.
Never Use F&F
PayPal Friends and Family has no buyer protection. If something goes wrong, you cannot get your money back. Always use Goods and Services, even if the seller asks for F&F.
Never Pay Outside the Platform
If a seller asks for direct payment, it is a scam. Always pay through USFans. The platform holds your money until the item is purchased and inspected. This protects both you and the seller.
Scam Red Flags
- Sellers asking for direct payment
- Requests to pay via cryptocurrency without escrow
- Prices that are too good to be true
- Sellers offering discounts for off-platform payments
- Sellers asking for payment to a different account name
Refund Process
If an item is out of stock or you reject the QC photos, USFans processes a refund. The refund goes back to your original payment method. This usually takes 3-7 business days.
Record Keeping
Keep screenshots of your order, payment confirmation, and QC photos. These are useful if you need to file a dispute or contact support.
